“Ferromagnetism” is forthcoming in Nature Journal (Futures)!

Happy to announce that my flash story, “Ferromagnetism” is forthcoming in Nature Journal (Futures)!

This will be my second story published in Nature: Futures—and coming at the heels of the German translation of my first story in Futures, “DNA Exchange.”

—with thanks to Colin Sullivan and the Futures editorial team 🙂

Two updates: Star*Line poetry translation acceptance and German translation of “DNA Exchange”

Happy to announce that I have sold a translation into English of a previously unpublished Chinese poem to Star*Line!

Also, my story “DNA Exchange” originally published in Nature Journal (“Futures” section) is translated into German! The German title is “Das Treueversprechen,” and it’s published in Spektrum der Wissenschaft, September 2018.

This is the first time a story of mine has been translated into another language! Yay!

September 75-word story now up!

My 75-word monthly challenge story, “Operation: Hoop Codes,” is now posted!

Theme: SHOT
Genre: Spy Fiction

(Okay, this is technically 74 words, but there’s some regulation about dashes between words as possibly counting as two words. So for the sake of staying within the word count, I was sure to keep it at 74 words to be safe.)

Admittedly, this is a weird one—and about basketball.
